Apn : portalnmms
Port : 80
Proxy : 37.228.107.253

Now Open OperaMini / UC Handler
Select Proxy type : HTTP
Proxy Server : 180.179.149.11
Now Enjoy.
Note: Try at low Balance if balance cut then make balance 0.

For downloading handler try to search on Google "opera/uc handler.apk" for Android and "opera/uc handler.jar" for java phones!
